Woman Trapped By Concrete In Baltimore County: Officials
BREAKING: A tactical rescue team is working to free someone trapped in concrete in Baltimore County.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — After concrete steps collapsed, authorities say a woman's arms are trapped by the concrete. The rescue near Gwynn Oak is underway Thursday afternoon.
At 3:09 p.m., the Baltimore County Fire Department reported that its tactical rescue team was dispatched to the scene, where a woman had fallen six feet.
The woman fell into a void space in the 3500 block of Venetian Road, and her arms were trapped, officials said.

According to ABC 2 News, the woman had been rescued by 4:30 p.m. and was conscious and breathing.
