Developments are a common sight around Owings Mills but one in particular is set to have a significant impact on the community.
The development at the Metro Center is slated to bring thousands of students, educators and community members together at the 40,000-square foot facility. There will be Community College of Baltimore County offices and classrooms, a branch of the Baltimore County Public Library, even a cafe.
