Adopt-A-Senior

Help us as we make the season a little brighter for some special seniors right here in the Parkville-Carney community that are struggling and in dire financial need. These seniors and senior-led families have been identified as extremely low income by Baltimore County Department of Aging Community Outreach and Home Team staff members so you can be sure that your donation assists a senior right here in our community that really needs our help! Two of our identified seniors are also raising young grandchildren.

We are asking for donations of items both small and large for these special seniors and we need your help! Stop by the Parkville Senior Center or email us at parkvillesc@baltimorecountymd.gov for a copy of the “Wish Lists” of items that will help these seniors throughout the year. We are also taking donations of shelf stable foods as well as monetary and gift card donations to grocery, drug and general merchandise stores such as Wal-Mart and Target.
