CASA of Baltimore County is pleased to host author and former foster youth Rhonda Sciortino. Rhonda was recently featured on the Today Show discussing her book, "Succeed Because of What You Have Been Through." The book details her story of achieving success in life not in spite of surviving a childhood of abuse and neglect but because of it.
