Man Arrested in Eastern Family Resource Center Burglary

A homeless man was arrested after he and another man broke into two office trailers at Eastern Family Resource Center in the 9100 block of Franklin Square Drive shortly after midnight on Oct. 22.
Lonnie Quincy Payne, 35, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree burglary and destruction of property.
Three window screens on the trailers, which are owned by Baltimore County, were cut in order to gain entry causing a total of $300 in damages.

The second suspect fled and eluded police.
Payne was briefly committed to the Baltimore County Detention Center before being released on $10,000 bail.
