Overlea/Fullerton Crime: Attempted Robbery Outside Overlea Bank
The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases were a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.
Belair Road, 6800 block. At 10:39 a.m. Mar. 23. A woman was walking into the Wells Fargo Bank branch when two men, one armed with a knife, approached her.
The men demanded the victim's purse, and when she screamed the men ran off down East Overlea Avenue.
Willow Avenue, 300 block. Between 9 p.m. Mar. 23 and 9 a.m. Mar. 24. Tools and toys were stolen from the screened-in porch of a home.
