Parkville/Carney Crime: Several Homes Burglarized

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases were a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Old Harford Road, 9000 block, between 4 p.m. Dec. 19 and 3:15 p.m. Dec. 22. A home was burglarized and ransacked. It is unknown if any items were taken. A basement window at the home was destroyed during the burglary.

Harford Hills Road, 2300 block, between 10 p.m. Dec. 21 and 1:50 p.m. Dec. 22. A home was burglarized, and all the drawers in the home were ransacked. It is unkown what, if anything, was taken in the burglary. An unsecured window allowed the burglar to get inside.

Pan Ridge Road, 9300 block, between 1:30 and 4 p.m. Dec. 17. A pair of UGG boots, valued at $120 was stolen from a home. The homeowner had left the house, locking the front door but told police that it may not have been shut completely. A neighbor said he witnessed two females arrive at the home, knock loudly on the door, and enter the house while the homeowner was away.

Mopec Circle, unit block, between 3:30 and 11:45 p.m. Dec. 17. Two televisions, two laptop computers, two PlayStation 3 video game systems, jewelry, a safe, an iPod and cash were stolen from an apartment. The patio door to the apartment was damaged during the burglary, and the apartment was ransacked.
