Parkville Participates in Baltimore County Restaurant Week

Area restaurants are offering deals with fixed price multi-course menus.

Are you a home cook or a self-proclaimed "foodie"? Do you spend lots of time watching Food Network or the Cooking Channel? Ever wanted to be a food critic?

Baltimore County Restaurant Week is upon us, and the promotion runs through Aug. 26 with 36 county eateries offering fixed price menus for both lunch and dinner.

Four notable Parkville nosh spots are in on the deal, and Parkville-Overlea Patch is offering you the opportunity to jump in with your opinion.

, 9306 Harford Road, 410-665-8600: For lunch, choose from one of three sandwiches, served with fries, for $10.11, and for dinner, choose an appetizer, an entree and a dessert for $35.11. You can check out the menu here.

, 1742 E. Joppa Road, 410-668-2008: The perennial favorite for Ravens games is participating in restaurant week this year. The restaurant menu offers favorites like homemade pizza, chicken pot pie and Italian specialties. Unfortunately, Casey's has yet to post a Restaurant Week menu. Check back for updates or just stop in and let us know.

, 2531 Putty Hill Avenue, 410-882-0500: A two-course lunch, including salads, sandwiches and desserts like pumpkin cheesecake, is $10.11. For dinner, dine on three courses: a soup or salad, an entree and dessert for just $20.11. You can view the full menu here.

, 1801 Taylor Avenue, 410-661-4357: A three-courser for lunch includes your choice of appetizer, an entree (including Pappas famous crab cake) and dessert for $20.11. For dinner, things are slightly more expensive at $35.11 for a three-course meal, but portions are larger. The full menu is available here.
