Visions for Vacancies: 7904 Harford Road

Visions for Vacancies is the name of a new column on Parkville-Overlea Patch that will explore the potential uses for vacant properties in our neighborhood.

For the inaugural edition of the column we're going to kick start the discussion around a very visible retail space on Harford Road in Parkville's downtown business district.

Formerly occupied by an M&T Bank Branch, the end-of-row building located at 7904 Harford Road has an awesome amount of potential as a retail space. The 3,816 square foot building is currently owned by commercial real estate services firm CB Richard Ellis and is up for lease at a "negotiable rate."

The big question is this: what would you love to see take over the space that formerly helped to anchor Parkville's business district?
