Visions for Vacancies: Atlantic Seafood Market

The space at 7810 Harford Road has been empty ever since tenants Atlantic Food Market closed up shop what seems like forever ago.

According to Barbara Ayd, a realtor with Equity Realty, the 1,950 square foot space is up for sale.

"There have been plenty of people interested in renting it, but the owner wants to sell," Ayd said.

The building price is $350,000, according to Ayd.

"The space has been renovated and the owner will build to suit," Ayd said. "He'd love to see a bakery go in there."
