Visions for Vacancies: Fisherman's Wharf

What would you like to see move into this vacant commercial space in Fullerton?

The Fisherman's Wharf at the corner of Putty Hill Avenue and Belair Road has to have been closed up for at least two years.

When Parkville-Overlea Patch launched we heard some rumors about renovations going on at the restaurant, but recently a sign went up on the corner.

The 2,700-square-foot building, listed by Prudential PenFed Realty, is located at 7928 Belair Road. The space, which the realtor touts as the location of an "established seafood business for 22 years," is available for lease or for sale.

One real estate listing states that the rent for the space is $1,800 per month and that the building is in a "high density, high traffic" area.
