15 to 20 Vehicles Crash on Interstate 695: Baltimore County Officials
Transportation authorities advised drivers to stay off roads Saturday morning due to icy conditions.

ROSEDALE, MD โ More than a dozen vehicles were involved in a crash on Interstate 695 near Rosedale Saturday morning, according to the Baltimore County public safety officials.
Before 6 a.m., the Baltimore County Fire Department was at the scene, where 15 to 20 vehicles had crashed and multiple people needed medical attention.
Six people were taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, officials reported.

Roads were icy due to freezing rain and below-freezing temperatures, with ice particularly likely on elevated sections, bridges and ramps.
The Maryland Department of Transportation advised drivers to delay travel Saturday morning. "...what looks wet will likely be ICE," transportation officials said.
