2 Burglaries In One Block: Perry Hall Area Police Blotter

Two crimes involving guns were among the incidents reported around Perry Hall this August, according to officials.

PERRY HALL, MD — Two break-ins were reported in the same block on East Joppa Road this week, according to the Baltimore County Police Department. Both occurred in the overnight hours.

In other crime news, police said a woman was arrested following a break-in at a business on Campbell Boulevard, and one driver threatened another with a gun near Rossville.

Cleaning supplies were the target in a recent burglary in the Perry Hall area. Police said the items were taken in a break-in that occurred in the 3400 block of East Joppa Road. It happened between 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 10, and 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 11. The burglar(s) got away with the goods, according to authorities.

Various items were stolen in a burglary in the 3400 block of East Joppa Road. Police said the burglar(s) broke into the garage and vehicles of the victims. The break-in occurred between 3:15 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 10, and 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 11.

Two people tried to break into the storage room at an apartment complex, according to police. The burglary attempt was reported in the unit block of Parham Circle around 2:20 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 7.

Someone flashed a weapon at a driver in line for the drive-thru ATM in the 7600 block of Belair Road. Police said the crime happened after 3 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 6. No injuries were reported, according to authorities.

Police said driver waved a handgun at another driver on Pulaski Highway at Rossville Boulevard following a road rage incident on Thursday, Aug. 5. It happened around 5:45 p.m. Police said the suspect was driving a truck.

A woman was arrested following a burglary at a business in the 5300 block of Campbell Boulevard, according to police. Officials said the woman forced her way into the establishment through the front door, which was locked. She took "her car keys that were stored inside the business and then fled the scene," police said, noting she was later taken into custody. The burglary occurred at 6:05 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 4.

A burglary was attempted in the 9100 block of Deviation Road. Police said someone tried to break the front door handle of the home to get inside around 3 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 4. Despite the attempt, police said the suspect was unable to get into the home.
