4 Burglaries, 1 Attempt: Perry Hall Crime

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The Baltimore County Police Department provided the following information about recent incidents in and around Perry Hall.

An apartment in the 4800 block of Berryhill Circle was burglarized through a bedroom window. An electronic control device was stolen in the burglary, which was reported at 8:05 a.m. on Jan. 26.

Someone entered a residence in the unit block of Sharpley Court through an unlocked door, then broke multiple objects and stole cash, cigarettes and business cards. The burglary occurred at 7:30 p.m. on Jan. 25.

Two handguns were stolen from a residence in the 3700 block of Red Berry Way. The burglar broke in through a kitchen window at 1:10 p.m. on Jan. 23. In addition to the guns, other items were reported missing.

The door to a room at the Colony Motel was forced open by two suspects, who stole cash, games and a game system. The break-in occurred at 12:42 p.m. on Jan. 23 at the motel in the 1100 block of Pulaski Highway.

The alarm went off at a home in the 7900 block of Vernon Avenue. While nobody got into the residence, a window was open and a screen had been damaged, a neighbor told police. The burglary attempt happened sometime between noon and 1 p.m. on Jan. 23.
