$47 Million In Buildings Sold In Nottingham Area: Report

NOTTINGHAM, MD - A $47 million deal just went through in the Nottingham-White Marsh area, according to commercial real estate insiders.

Corporate Office Properties Trust, which has been trying to offload some of its suburban holdings so it can invest in more urban areas, sold eight buildings near White Marsh, the trade publication Commercial Real Estate Direct reported this week.

These buildings were said to be part of the deal:

• 5325 and 5355 Nottingham Ridge Road
• 8010, 8020, 8110, 8140 Corporate Drive
• 8094 and 8098 Sandpiper Circle

An undisclosed buyer purchased the properties, which span 42 acres, for $47.5 million, according to Business Wire. Five of the buildings are 100 percent leased, while the remainder are at least 75 percent leased.
