PERRY HALL, MD — Have you been meaning to try that new restaurant but need a little push? Baltimore County Restaurant Week encourages eating local, with area establishments offering special menus at fixed prices, from $15 to $35.
A number of businesses are participating in the event, which runs from Friday, Jan. 20, to Saturday, Feb. 4. The purpose is to showcase the dining options available in Baltimore County.
"January is a tough time for any business, but especially for restaurants," Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce CEO Keith Scott said in a segment on the business show Maryland Spotlight. "It's a slow time."
