AARP TaxAide No Cost Tax Preparation Service - Perry Hall Library

Since 1968, AARP Foundation Tax-Aide volunteer-based program has helped nearly 50 million low- to moderate-income taxpayers offering free tax preparation help.

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide has more than 5,000 locations across the United States in neighborhood libraries, malls, banks, community centers and senior centers. Tax preparation and electronic filing services for both federal and state income taxes are provided at various locations throughout Baltimore County and Baltimore City.

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide volunteers are trained and IRS-certified each year to ensure their knowledge of revisions to the U.S. tax code are current.

This year the AARP Tax-Aide Program is opening a new location at the Perry Hall Library located at 9685 Honeygo Blvd. Tax-Aide will provide tax assistance on Monday’s from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, starting in February and running through 15 April.

There is no fee and no sales pitch for other services and AARP membership is not required.

Tax preparation is available to all ages. The focus of AARP Tax-Aide program is low-to-moderate income, with an emphasis on seniors 60 and above.
