ALDI Management, Associate Hiring Event In Perry Hall

PERRY HALL, MD — The upcoming ALDI store in Timonium will need staff, and the grocery chain is holding an event in Perry Hall to find those people. They will be hiring for manager trainee, shift manager and store associate positions.

A press release from ALDI said they offer "generous compensation and benefits to all employees, well above the industry standard."

Here's some of their pay and benefits, according to the release:

• Manager Trainees: $54,000-$62,000 per year ($22.00 per hour averaging 45 hours per week), with an opportunity to earn $70,000-$90,000 per year as a Store Manager
• Shift Managers: $17.20 per hour ($12.70 per hour plus an additional $4.50 per hour premium when performing manager duties)
• Store Associates: $12.70 per hour (with the opportunity for a pay increase after six months of employment)
• Employees averaging more than 25 hours per week are eligible for full health insurance benefits and dental coverage
• All employees are invited to participate in ALDI 401(k) program

The hiring event will run from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, May 28 at the Perry Hall ALDI at 8808 Belair Rd.
