PERRY HALL, MD — After years of serving the community, the Italian Delight restaurant in Baltimore County closed for the last time on Friday.
The restaurant, which had been operating out of the Perry Hall Square shopping center, made the announcement the same day it was closing.
"Thank you for your love, loyalty, and support throughout the years. It has been our pleasure to serve this amazing community," reads a Facebook announcement.
The shock of the abrupt announcement was noted by customers, including some who questioned the reasoning and others sad to hear of the development.
No immediate reason was provided for the closure.
