Located at 9317 Belair Road, the grounds originally housed six classrooms after being built in the late 1920s and was later used as an annex to address school overcrowding.

Later, the building was used as a community center until the early 2020s.

The building underwent serious renovations while under the ownership of the Krause family, who are longtime Perry Hall residents.
