• Angel Park closed temporarily for renovations and surface replacement (wmar2news.com) — Angel Park in Perry Hall is temporarily closed while crews install a new rubber play surface, repaint benches, and add drainage improvements, with reopening expected by Nov. 1. The inclusive playground's upgraded surface will offer varied cushioning to better protect kids of all abilities and keep this beloved community space safer and drier for families.
