Janet is also devoted to the individuals that The Arc Baltimore supports and is always helping them -- from fixing a VCR to setting up a Facebook account. She is also a staunch advocate for one particular gentleman who visits the IT department every day after his work shift. Recently during a family crisis, she gave him important emotional support and advocated for him so he could continue his independent lifestyle.
