Ballestone - Stansbury House's 2016 "Holly Tour".

This 2016 Holiday Season's Annual "Holly Tour" will be held on December 3rd, 4th, 10th, and 11th. This years theme is "Dreaming of a White Christmas". Be transported to Christmas past as each room is decorated to depict holiday traditions of different time periods. Also enjoy a Civil War Christmas Encampment and live Christmas music by The Victorian Ensemble. Additionally, complementary apple cider and cookies will be served in the kitchen building after the house tour. **

DECEMBER 3RD - The Civil War Christmas Encampment will open for visitors at 2:00 pm.

The Victorian Ensemble will be performing from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm.

The Mansion will open for tours at 2:00 pm. Visitors that

arrive early will receive a ticket when they pay the

admission donation. Please hold onto the tickets as you

will need them in order to tour the Mansion when it opens.

The Mansion will close at 8:00 pm.

DECEMBER 4TH- The Civil War Christmas Encampment will open for visitors at 2:00 pm.

The Mansion will open for tours at 2:00 pm as well. Visitors that arrive early

will receive a ticket when they pay the admission donation. Please hold on to the

ticket because you will need them in order to tour the house when it opens.

The Civil War Christmas Encampment will be closing at 5:00 pm.

The Mansion will close at 8:00 pm.

*Note: The Civil War Reenactors will portray the life of Soldiers during the holidays. You will learn what activities Civil War Soldiers would have partaken in during their encampments.

* Note: Admission tickets are sold in the Gift Shop. Therefore upon arrival, visitors need to go to the Gift Shop to purchase tickets for the tour please.

While you're in the Gift Shop to purchase your tour tickets, please take note of the changes within the Gift Shop. The elves in the Ballestone Craft Work Shop have been hard at work.

Admission price is $5.00 for adults and $1.00 for children (11 years and under).

** As you enjoy the complimentary cookies and cider in the kitchen building after the house tour, please take some time to check out our homemade baked goods that are available for purchase. We will have our freshly baked plain and cinnamon bread, cookies, and sweets. For our guests who like our spiced cider, you can now purchase the cider and mulled mix to make & serve to your holiday guests as well.
