Baltimore County Public Schools Announce Weather Delay
The school system made decision for Monday, Feb. 23.
Baltimore County Public Schools will open two hours late Monday, the school system announced Monday morning.
Morning prekindergarten is canceled, according to the announcement.
The Maryland Transportation Authority said that there is potential for icy spots on the roads Monday morning. Officials advised people to be cautious and take their time walking to their vehicles.
