Bank Robbery Under Investigation: Police

Three man brandishing handguns robbed Wells Fargo bank on East Joppa Road, Baltimore County police reported.

Detectives are investigating a bank robbery that occurred in Parkville Saturday morning, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

Three men were allegedly involved and none has been apprehended as of Saturday afternoon, police reported.

At approximately 11:40 a.m. on Saturday, the suspects went into the Wells Fargo branch in the 2000 block of East Joppa Road, showed handguns and demanded money, the report said.

They took an undisclosed amount of cash and left, according to the report.

Police said that there were no suspect descriptions available, nor was there a vehicle description.

The Baltimore County Robbery Unit is investigating the incident.
