Barricade Situation Ends Near Parkville: Police

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD (Updated 9:45 p.m.) - A barricade situation has ended after hours of police presence Thursday evening near Parkville, according to authorities.

At least two suspects were inside a property in the unit block of Insley Way, police said after 6 p.m. They had allegedly been involved in a home invasion robbery on the same street.

When the female victim fought back in the home invasion, police said the suspects may have run from the scene of the crime to the location where they were barricaded inside

By 8:50 p.m., police said that the barricade had ended and more information would be forthcoming.
