Another person helping to lift the car off the victim spoke with masnsports.com: โ€œWe glanced at each other with a โ€˜good jobโ€™ look and I said, โ€˜Chris?โ€™ He said, โ€˜Yeah?โ€™ โ€˜Chris Davis?โ€™ โ€˜Yeah?โ€™ I said, โ€˜One hell of a way to meet Chris Davis.โ€™โ€

CBS Sports writer Mike Axisa referenced Davisโ€™ notable size in a post on the incident. โ€œHaving stood next to Davis, Iโ€™m surprised he was unable to flip the overturned truck himself,โ€ he wrote. โ€œOne-handed, while pumping iron with the other hand.โ€
