Death Of Perry Hall Shooting Victim Probed
Days after a woman was murdered in Perry Hall, police said the fatal shooting remains under investigation.
PERRY HALL, MD — After a woman was found shot to death in her car in Perry Hall on Tuesday night, authorities say they are continuing to investigate. The victim has been identified, and the search for who is responsible is ongoing.
Taylor India Webb, 20, of the 4600 block of Marble Hall Road, was found shot in the driver's seat of her vehicle, according to police.
Officers discovered Webb in the area of Hickory Falls Way at Hickoryhurst Drive at 11:56 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 26, when they were called to the area for a report of gunshots.

Investigators do not think the shooting was random.
"We believe she was the targeted victim," Baltimore County Police spokeswoman Jennifer Peach told WJZ. She said there was no evidence of another vehicle leaving the scene or another crime being committed, such as car theft, that would have motivated someone.
At the time of the shooting on Tuesday, ABC 2 News reported Webb's vehicle was still running.
She was shot days after she had been released from jail in an assault case. Court records show that Webb had been charged with two counts of first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree assault and malicious destruction of property worth $1,000 in connection with an incident on Dec. 16, 2018. She was served with an arrest warrant on Friday, Feb. 22, and was released that day, according to court records.
Upon discovering her boyfriend had been cheating on her, Webb had allegedly thrown toilet paper and eggs at a residence, then slashed a woman's face and cut another woman's hand, according to ABC 2 News, which reported police had not officially connected the shooting to that incident.
