E-ZPass Malfunction is Fixed: Transportation Officials
An electrical issue caused system outage Monday, Maryland Transportation Authority reported.

There were major delays at the Fort McHenry Tunnel Monday morning for those who planned to use their E-ZPass.
At approximately 6:30 a.m., the Maryland Transportation Authority reported that E-ZPass lanes were temporarily unavailable due to an electrical issue on Interstate 95 south.
Drivers who planned to use E-ZPass to go south through the tunnel had to use the other lanes, which accept both cash and E-ZPass.
