Edward Charles Deegan III, 76

On Sept. 6, 2015, Edward Charles Deegan III passed away.

He was the beloved husband of Ardel Grayce Deegan (nee Miller); devoted father of Mark Deegan and his wife Patricia, Jeffrey Deegan and his wife Lynn, David Deegan and his wife Catherine, and Douglas Deegan; loving grandfather of Rachel Hovatter, and Matthew, Christopher and Michael Deegan; cherished great-grandfather of Calista Hovatter.

Relatives and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc. 9705 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236, on Wednesday, Sept. 9, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Sept. 10, at 11 a.m. at St. Michael Lutheran Church. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ed’s name to St. Michael Lutheran Church, 9534 Belair Rd., Nottingham, MD 21236 or Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
