The Avenue at White Marsh will host its second Rally in the Alley, sponsored by Della Rose's Tavern, with an outdoor beer garden and food, a fan contest and prizes.
98 Rock will emcee, along with appearances from Ravens cheerleaders, the Poe mascot and the Ravens marching band, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
