The Exchangeree Plans Grand Opening On The Avenue At White Marsh
A new resource center for teachers in Baltimore County Public Schools is opening.

WHITE MARSH, MD — A new resource center for teachers is opening this week on The Avenue at White Marsh. The Exchangeree will be a store where teachers can stock up on supplies for free. Items are donated.
The grand opening of The Exchangeree is slated for Wednesday, Sept. 2, and online registration has opened for teachers who want to plan a pickup.
This is the second location of The Exchangeree. The first opened in December 2018 in Windsor Mill as a partnership between Merritt Companies and American Design Associates. Since then, Baltimore County Public Schools reports it has distributed more than $165,000 in school supplies to more than 2,100 educators.

Teachers can sign up to get supplies from 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 8. They must bring their identification card showing they are a Baltimore County Public Schools educator. Appointments are 45 minutes, and 15 minutes between batches of educators will allow for cleaning and disinfecting of the space, according to organizers.
