Fatal Hit & Run: Gray Sedan Driver Sought After Motorcyclist Dies
Police said a motorcyclist died in a crash in Baltimore County this week, and the vehicle that hit him is at large.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A motorcyclist was killed on Philadelphia Road this week in a hit and run that remains under investigation. Authorities say they are looking for a gray sedan involved in the crash, which happened on Philadelphia near Kenwood Road.
Michael James Genco, 53, was taken to a local hospital after the crash, where police said he was pronounced deceased at 12:17 a.m. on April 26.
Genco, of the 1200 block of Berk Avenue, had rear-ended another vehicle while on his motorcycle, after which officials said he was struck by the gray sedan.

Genco had been headed west on Philadelphia Road around 11:33 p.m. on April 25 when police said he hit a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu that was traveling in the same direction. according to police.
After Genco hit the car, he flew from his 2002 Harley Davidson, and authorities said after he was ejected, he was hit by a gray sedan that also driving west on Philadelphia Road.

Police said the gray sedan continued west on Philadelphia Road and left the scene. Officials are interested in speaking with the driver. Anyone with information about the gray sedan or its driver is asked to call the Baltimore County Police Department at 410-307-2020.
