House Fire Near Perry Hall: One Injured, Officials Say

Firefighters were called to a reported house fire in Dunfield Wednesday morning, officials said.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Officials say one person was injured in a fire near Perry Hall Wednesday morning. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.

Crews were dispatched to the unit block of Glen Way at 7:16 a.m. to a reported house fire. They found a two-story, single-family home where smoke was showing, according to authorities.

The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company reported it was among those that responded to the call in Dunfield.

Before 7:30 a.m., officials said the fire had been knocked, and a medic was requested due to one person being injured. Crews were ensuring the fire had not spread.

Firefighters were clearing the scene, authorities reported before 7:45 a.m.
