First Look At Honeygo Elementary School
Have you seen the newest elementary school in Perry Hall? It's opening in September.

PERRY HALL, MD — As the school year approaches, take a peek at the brand-new elementary school in Perry Hall. Honeygo Elementary School will welcome its first students on Sept. 4.
The new school will have a capacity of 725 students and is designed to help ease packed schools in the Perry Hall area.
It cost $49 million to build the school near the intersection of Joppa Road and Honeygo Boulevard.

Since a ceremonial groundbreaking in November 2017, crews worked to ensure the campus would be ready to welcome students this fall.

Staff members have been putting the finishing touches on their classrooms as they prep for the school year to begin.

The principal of the new school is Charlene Behnke.
Honeygo Elementary School is located at 4816 Joppa Road.
Doors will open at 9 a.m. with classes starting at 9:15 a.m. Dismissal is at 3;50 p.m.
