Free Treats Near Perry Hall Offered On First Day Of Spring 2019

PERRY HALL, MD — Rita's and Dairy Queen are both offering their free treats to celebrate the start of spring. This year's first day of spring is expected to be sunny with temperatures in the mid-50s, so you may be able to enjoy dessert outside.

Rita's will give away a free small Italian ice to all customers who stop by on Wednesday, March 20.

In Perry Hall, Rita's is at 9648 Belair Road. It is open noon until 10 p.m. weekdays, and hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Dairy Queen will be handing out free small vanilla cones all day long at participating stores on Wednesday, March 20, in honor of the first day of spring. Customers are asked to make a contribution to the Children's Miracle Network as part of the promotion.

The free cone deal will be offered at all non-mall locations, according to DQ. That means the closest to Perry Hall is at the Golden Ring Shopping Center, 8650 Pulaski Highway, in Rosedale.
