Speer, beloved husband of Carlyn "Betty" (nee Schaeffer) Speer; devoted father of Michael and his wife Guylaine, Stephen, Carlyn and her husband Randall Williams, Cathy and her husband Brian Hess; loving grandfather of Kevin, Amelie, Hannah, Ryan, Mason, Sarah, Eric and Lauren.
A memorial service will be held at the E.F. Lassahn Funeral Home, P.A. in Kingsville, 11750 Belair Road on Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016 at 11 a.m.
Interment private.
