Get Ready! Get Set! Get Fit! 5K Run/Walk Sunday at CCBC ESSEX

Get Fit! 5K Run Walk on Sunday at the Community College of Baltimore County Essex campus at 8 a.m. This promises to be a morning full of exercise and entertainment. Bring your family, your friends, and your neighbors to the 10th anniversary of the run walk, which this year includes a 1 mile kids fun run. The multi-generational event also offers health and wellness screenings, games and a host of other entertainment. The first 1,200 registered receive a complimentary long-sleeved T-shirt ; coffee, water on the course and post-race refreshments. Packet pickup continues through the day of the event. Medals are given for the fastest three male and female 5K finishers overall, as well as the top three male and female runners in all age categories. Door prizes will be given throughout the event.
