Girl, 16, Has Been Found: Baltimore County Police

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A teen missing from eastern Baltimore County has been found. Police said the girl was located and is safe, in a report four days after she went missing.

Layla Marie Emerson-Love, 16, disappeared at 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 4, from the unit block of Eva Court, police said. She was wearing glasses, a gray shirt and black pants when she went missing.

She is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 140 pounds with brown eyes, and her black hair was in a ponytail when she disappeared, officials said.

Police reported Tuesday night that Layla had been found and was safe.
