WHITE MARSH, MD — Crowds packed The Avenue at White Marsh for the 2018 holiday parade on Saturday, Dec. 1. Marching bands, dance troupes, festive four-legged friends and Santa participated, along with a host of decked-out vehicles and Christmas-themed floats.
