On Aug. 31, 2016, James Ricketts Jr., U.S. Army Veteran, of Nottingham, beloved husband of Katherine Ricketts for 30 years; devoted father of Shawn Ricketts and his girlfriend Deana Kopp, Kaitlin Ricketts; treasured son of James, Sr. and Peggy Ricketts; dear brother of Randall Ricketts and his wife Darcy; loving Pop of Emmalyn Ricketts; cherished uncle of Jamie and Bradley Ricketts, Natalie Stamey, Joshua and Christopher Hall. Also survived by many other family member and friends.
Family and friends will honor Jim’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services – Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd. on Tuesday, Sept. 6, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where a funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 7.
