Jo Jo's Snow Shack Opens On The Avenue In White Marsh

PERRY HALL, MD — Jo Jo's Snow Shack has set up shop for the summer in the plaza on The Avenue at White Marsh. The shack sells shaved ice, also known as snowballs.

The prices are $2.36 for an 8-oz kiddie cup to $3.78 for a 20-oz cup. The Avenue at White Marsh explained the prices were designed so that with tax, it would be easier to calculate and provide change.

Jo Jo's Snow Shack is located on the plaza near MidiCi, in the area where the ice-skating rink is set up during the winter. Tentative hours are 1 to 9 p.m. at 8125 Honeygo Boulevard.
