Rocking Chair Flash Mob Coming to Perry Hall

Baltimore County Public Library (BCPL) is taking part in a nationwide weeklong celebration, Outside the Lines, to demonstrate the creativity and innovation happening in libraries across the country. Join BCPL as we Rock, Read, Reimagine the week of September 14-18 as we visit a different geographic region of Baltimore County each day of the week with a flash mob of rocking chairs a. At each location, area library staff are on hand to encourage people to relax in the rocking chairs while learning the many ways BCPL helps county residents explore, learn, create and connect. The public can also sign up for or reactivate a library card.

Visit with BCPL on Thursday, September 17 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Honeygo Regional Park as we Rock, Read and Reimagine in the Main Pavilion. Crafts and activities for children, games and giveaway, free Kona Truck snowballs and a drawing for (2) tickets to Medieval Times.
