On October 18, 2015, Judy Heath Cox, of Nottingham; beloved mother of David Cox and wife Theresa; Brian Cox and wife Kelly; cherished grandmother of Hailey and Emma Cox; dear sister of Carol Webner.

Family and friends will honor Judy’s life at the family owned Evans Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services – Parkville, 8800 Harford Rd., on Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Thursday.

Interment Bel Air Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions in Judy’s name may be made to the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation.
