Klausmeier Manor Meeting Planned
There will be a meeting at Gunpowder Elementary where developers will present plans to the community.

PERRY HALL, MD — There will be a community input meeting for residents to learn about plans for a new project in the area called Klausmeier Manor. The concept calls for 50 new single-family homes.
Developers must hold the meeting to provide information to the community as part of the development process in Baltimore County. The community input meeting is a chance for citizens to ask questions and look at plans.
The developers met with Baltimore County officials for a concept plan conference on Dec. 5 to discuss what they intended to do with the 28.3-acre property. According to filings with the county, there is one existing home on the property, and developers are seeking to build 50 single-family detached homes there as well.
