Lib's Grill Named Maryland's Favorite Restaurant

PERRY HALL, MD – Maryland's favorite restaurant is Lib's Grill in Perry Hall, the Restaurant Association of Maryland reports.

Specializing in seafood and steak, Lib's Grill opened In 2013 in the Honeygo Village Shopping Center and is part of the Liberatore’s restaurant group.

It was one of five restaurants competing for the title of "Favorite Restaurant" in the Restaurant Association of Maryland's annual competition.

Through a public competition involving online voting, Lib's Grill beat out Andy Nelson's Barbecue in Cockeysville, My Thai in Baltimore, Founding Farmers in Potomac and Applebee's for the 2016 win.

This was not the first time Lib's Grill has swept a category at the restaurant association's annual gala. In 2015, it won the Favorite New Restaurant category. This year's Favorite New Restaurant was Preserve in Annapolis.

“The gala is our opportunity to honor and give recognition to elite restaurants across the state," Restaurant Association of Maryland President/CEO Marshall Weston said in a statement.

The Restaurant Association of Maryland is a trade association dedicated to promoting and improving the restaurant industry in Maryland, based in Columbia.
