Man Killed in I-95 Crash Near Baltimore-Harford County Line: Report

A Pennsylvania man died Monday in a collision when his car was reportedly stopped on the side of Interstate 95.

A man reportedly died in a crash on Interstate 95 near the Baltimore-Harford county line on Monday morning. Two vehicles were involved in the crash on I-95 north past Bradshaw Road, according to the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company, which responded to the incident around 3:15 a.m.

Five people were injured in the collision, including at least one who was trapped, the fire company reported.

Alexander Mitchell, 34, of Beaver, Pennsylvania, was taken to Upper Chesapeake, where he was pronounced deceased, according to The Baltimore Sun. His vehicle had reportedly been rear-ended while stopped on the side of I-95 north.

Two of his passengers were reportedly taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening.

The Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company, Kingsville Volunteer Fire Company and White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company responded to the crash.
