Motorcyclist Dies, Passenger Harmed In Harford Road Crash: Police
Police said one person died and another was injured in a crash on Harford Road Sunday.

CARNEY, MD — A 62-year-old motorcyclist died in a crash Sunday afternoon in Carney trying to pass another vehicle, according to police. Officials said the motorcyclist was thrown from his bike and so was his passenger, who is hospitalized.
Based on the preliminary investigation, police said the motorcycle was headed north on Harford Road when it crashed into the passenger side of a Dodge Durango that was crossing Harford Road and headed east at East Joppa Road at 3:04 p.m. Sunday.
Bryan Eric Yarworth Sr., 62, of the 1600 block of Dogwood Lane in Bel Air, was pronounced deceased at the scene, police said.

The passenger was taken to a local hospital with injuries authorities said were life-threatening.
Both the driver and the passenger of the Dodge Durango were uninjured and stayed at the crash site, according to police.
