The Avenue shared pictures of two new restaurants that are set to welcome their first patrons this summer.

Located near Bar Louie, the eatery will feature noodles that it makes from scratch.

In the old Don Pablo's spot, Wayward Smokehouse and The Curious Oyster is also set to debut.
The ETA for the new restaurant featuring BBQ as well as seafood is August, according to The Avenue, which describes it as a "contemporary dual concept restaurant and bar."
