Pedestrian Dies Days After Route 40 Crash: Police
A woman was killed crossing Pulaski Highway, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
ROSEDALE, MD — A woman died days after being hit on Route 40 in Rosedale, police reported Wednesday.
Pedestrian Gabrielle Harmony Durham, 31, of no fixed address, had tried to cross the 8200 block of Pulaski Highway abruptly when she was hit by a truck before 9:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, according to authorities.
Durham was not in a crosswalk at the time, officials said. She was taken to the University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, where police said she succumbed to her injuries Monday, Aug. 31.

The driver of the truck remained at the scene of the crash, which police reported Wednesday remains under investigation.
